These terms govern the use of the corporate site delphossoftware.com (information, blog, contact and product pages). They are not the subscription contract or the license for the ChronoFlow application. For ChronoFlow, see the product page, the product privacy policy, support and, where applicable, the terms shown in the app or in the stores where it is distributed.
1. Acceptance
By browsing or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this site is
The site introduces Delphos Software, describes products and services for information purposes, and lets you contact us. Commercial content is indicative; on its own it does not create an SLA, availability guarantee, refund policy or software license.
3. Permitted use
You may view the public pages and send contact messages in good faith. You agree not to use the site in an unlawful or abusive way, or in a way that interferes with its operation (for example aggressive scrapers, injecting malware or attempting unauthorized access).
4. Intellectual property
The text, trademarks, logos and design of the site belong to Delphos Software or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
5. Contact form
The data you send through the form is handled according to the site privacy policy. Sending a message does not create a contractual relationship or a commitment to provide ChronoFlow or other services until a separate agreement exists.
6. Links and third parties
We may link to app stores, documentation or third-party sites. We do not control those sites; their terms and privacy policies are their own.
7. Limitation
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Delphos Software is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this informational site. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing the current version at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the published version.
