Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ChronoFlow collects when you use the web Controller, the mobile apps, and Players, and how that information is used.

What ChronoFlow is

ChronoFlow is a digital signage platform by Delphos Software. Operators manage media, playlists, schedules, and Media Players from the web or mobile Controller. Screens run as Players that play scheduled content.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use ChronoFlow, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, password hash (if you use email sign-in), preferred language, and linked Google or Microsoft sign-in identifiers.
• Workspace content: Media Players and groups, media metadata and uploaded files you store with ChronoFlow, playlists, schedules, and related configuration.
• Device and Player signals: pairing codes, heartbeat or online status, and playback configuration needed to operate screens.
• Billing: subscription plan and store/web billing status when you purchase Pro (for example Google Play Billing or web checkout).
• Ads (Free plan): advertising identifiers and consent signals when AdSense (web) or AdMob (mobile) is shown, subject to your consent choices.
• Support and security: messages you send us, and basic technical logs needed to run and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide ChronoFlow (authentication, syncing Players, storing and delivering your media, scheduling, billing entitlements), to send product emails such as password resets or account notices, to show ads on Free where applicable, to improve reliability and security, and to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

ChronoFlow relies on processors that help run the product:

• Google and Microsoft for optional OAuth sign-in.
• Google Play Billing and/or web payment providers for paid subscriptions.
• Google AdSense / AdMob for Free-plan advertising when enabled and allowed by consent.
• Cloud hosting, email delivery, and object storage providers that store account, media, and operational data under our instructions.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. If you permanently delete your account, we remove your ChronoFlow user and workspace data as described on the account deletion help page. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period for security and recovery, then are purged in the normal cycle.

Store billing records may continue to exist in Google Play or other payment providers according to their policies even after ChronoFlow account deletion.

Your choices

You can update profile and language settings while signed in, cancel a paid subscription through the store or web billing portal before deleting your account, and permanently delete your ChronoFlow account from My Account on the web.
