Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Delphos Software handles personal data on the corporate site delphossoftware.com. It does not cover the ChronoFlow application (accounts, Media Players, billing). For ChronoFlow, see the product privacy policy, support and the account deletion page.

1. Who we are

Delphos Software operates this site. Privacy and site support contact: info@delphossoftware.com.

2. What data we collect on this site

On the corporate site we may process:

• Data you send through the contact form (name, email, optional company and message). The message is emailed to our support inbox; replies use your email as Reply-To.
• Server and log data (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) generated when you visit public pages.
• If you sign in to the WordPress dashboard (authorized staff only), the WordPress session cookies required for authentication.

We do not ask for sensitive data on this site. We do not use the contact form to create ChronoFlow accounts.

3. What we use it for

We use this data to answer inquiries, operate and protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Technologies and third parties on this site

Depending on the deployed configuration, this site may load:

• Hosting / WordPress — the infrastructure that serves the site and stores its content.
• Email (contact form) — sent via the SMTP service of our professional email provider (Titan / GoDaddy) to info@delphossoftware.com.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form) — Cloudflare’s bot check on the contact page. To tell whether a person is sending the form, Cloudflare processes technical browser data and your IP address, and states that it does not use them for advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Independent Analytics — server-side visit measurement, without advertising tracking cookies on the visitor (when the plugin is active).
• Google AdSense — if enabled in the site settings, the AdSense client script is loaded in the <head> with our publisher ID. It may be used today for verification or ads; this document does not claim any other Google Analytics products.

We do not claim to use Plausible or other analytics that are not loaded in the deployed code.

5. Cookies

On public pages, this site does not rely on first-party marketing cookies. WordPress session cookies are used when there is an admin session. Independent Analytics, when active, is designed without advertising tracking cookies on the visitor. If AdSense serves personalized ads in the future, we will update this section and the consent flow.

6. Retention

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are rotated according to the hosting policy. Backups may retain data for a limited period before being purged.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or object to the processing of site data. Write to us at info@delphossoftware.com. For ChronoFlow account data, use the product channels linked above.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the site changes. The current version is the one published at this URL.
