Delete your ChronoFlow account
Last updated: September 12, 2026
You can permanently delete your ChronoFlow account and workspace. Deletion cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your ChronoFlow user and workspace data associated with that account, including for example:
- Media Players, player groups, and pairing sessions
- Media library items and hosted files for that workspace
- Playlists and schedules
- Account profile, social links, tokens, and in-app notifications for that user
Delete from the web Controller
- Sign in to ChronoFlow on the web.
- Open My Account.
- If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first. ChronoFlow account deletion does not cancel Google Play or other store billing.
- In the danger zone, choose Delete account, read the warning, continue, then type your account email exactly to confirm.
- After success you are signed out. The account and workspace data are permanently removed.
Delete from the mobile app
The ChronoFlow mobile app does not yet include a dedicated in-app delete-account button. Use the web Controller to complete deletion (same ChronoFlow account).
- On your phone or computer, open the ChronoFlow web app and sign in with the same account used in the mobile app.
- Follow the web steps above under My Account → Delete account.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel the subscription in Google Play subscriptions (or ChronoFlow billing/manage flows) before deleting the ChronoFlow account.
Paid subscriptions
ChronoFlow will refuse account deletion while an uncancelled paid subscription is still active. Cancel the subscription first, then return to My Account to delete.
Deleting ChronoFlow does not automatically stop charges from Google Play or other stores. Manage or cancel the store subscription separately.
If something goes wrong
If you cannot complete deletion, contact support@delphossoftware.com with the email address on the account. We cannot restore a permanently deleted workspace.
